Darien seeks Citizen of the Year

Darien's Citizen of the Year Committee is looking for nominations of Darien residents who have made the city "a nice place to live," from which to choose the 2005 Citizen of the Year. The nomination deadline is Saturday, Jan. 7. Nominations can be submitted online at www.darien.il.us, by writing a letter or by completing a nomination form.

Darien Womans Club will host clothing resale

The Friends of the Indian Prairie Public Library are again hosting a series of Lyric Opera Lectures at the library. More
